Ada is the first shopping center in Adapazari.
Corio, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of a 100%-interest in “Ada” shopping centre currently under development in Adapazari for approximately USD 65 million in March 2007.
ADA is Corio's second shopping centre in Turkey that is open for business. On 15 December 2007 it opened its doors to the public. It comprises approximately 23,500 m² of gross lettable area (GLA) divided over two floors. The first floor includes a cinema, children's play area and food court. The ground floor is anchored by hypermarket Carrefour.
ADA's tenant mix comprises 90 shops of which 42% are international brands and 58% national. The international brands include Deichmann, C&A, Burger King, Adidas, Nike, Sony and Mc Donalds.
Ada Shopping Mall which was commissioned at Esenler Neighbourhood, a developing district of Adapazari province, on the date of 15 December 2007 qualifies as the very first shopping center opened in this province. Ada Shopping Mall that incorporates many new brands also accommodates many new shops which have been experiencing the excitement of getting acquainted with the customers in Adapazari.
Ada Shopping Mall that has brought about a new shopping and life culture in Adapazari includes a high quality and modern brand mix.
