With over 150 professionals, Corio Nederland is Corio’s biggest business unit. Our mission is to create Favourite Meeting Places. We are a real estate market player focused on the most fun and dynamic sector: retail. What makes our organisation unique in the Netherlands is that we do all. Finance, development and property management. Developing and redeveloping is something we do exclusively for our own portfolio, which leads us to focus on the long term. For this reason, we make different choices than if we were developing solely to sell. This makes Corio Nederland a very interesting and great place to work.

Corio Nederland is committed to sustainable shopping center  management, from both an environmental and social perspective. Departments such as Market Research, Legal Affairs, Rental, General and Technical Services, Promotions Management, Centre Management and Finance collaborate in a socially responsible and inspiring way to exploit the portfolio to its maximum extent.

Our portfolio comprises over 40 shopping centers  at A1 locations. One of the most beautiful and well-known projects in our portfolio is Nieuw Hoog Catharijne. Hoog Catharijne was opened in 1973 and in 2011 it still is a successful project. Drawing 26 million visitors per year, Hoog Catharijne is the busiest shopping stretch of the Netherlands. It’s a fantastic challenge for Corio Nederland to make this large project in the centre of the fourth biggest city of Holland even bigger and better, while taking into account the interests of all the many stakeholders. These includes consumers, office users, the municipality and other parties active in the area such as the National Railway NS and the Convenion Centre, Jaarbeurs.
