Corporate Governance The Management Board and Supervisory Board are responsible for Corio's Corporate Governance and compliance with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. They are accountable for this to the shareholders.

Corporate Governance refers to good market practice, including ethical and transparent behaviour by the Management Board, and proper supervision of those actions, as well as carrying responsibility for the supervision exercised.
