Corio is constantly strengthening the portfolio in terms of return, taking into account the associated risk profile, by means of selective revitalisations, renovations, extensions, aquisitions and sales. Despite the difficulty of obtaining first-class dominant properties in the present competitive market, Corio is working on a large number of projects that are of vital importance for future income.
